Yet another one for my Friend Jessica who was so impressed with the 1st one I did of her that she was BEGGING me for yet another one. Since she takes such cute and adorable selfies it was a hard choice but when I saw this one I had to do it, her eyes are completely mesmerizing (hence the glitter and sparkles surrounding them).
